This was a really cool video posted in the discussion forum. It’s a great use of technology, while providing some humour to aid in student engagement of a math class. I think that this video would grab students attention. I found it amazing. I had to watch it twice because it made me giggle. Using humour in education increases engagement. I use humour on a daily basis with my students. I especially like to make fun of myself while telling stories of any mistakes that I’ve made and how I have learned from these mistakes. Laughter releases stress and increases our sense of community in the classroom.
